Delivery across Australia:
All deliveries are sent with Australia Post Express Post. A delivery fee of $9 flat, applies to all retail orders. We do not take responsibility for delays out of our control. All orders are sent same day if received prior to 1pm during weekdays.

Money Orders (Australia only):
We accept Money Order orders across Australia only. Australia Post will notify you in the mail when your parcel arrives. You will be required to pay the total amount to Australia Post when picking up your goods.

The delivery fee of $9 is not payable to msAnna Pty. Ltd., however a postage charge will need to be paid to Australia Post. The cost of this is dependent on the weight & size of the goods.

Duties for Overseas Customers including New Zealand
All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST. You will be required to pay any relevant overseas duties and/or other custom charges that may incur.

We accept:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for an exchange or complete refund. Goods must be returned within 14-days from the purchase and be in their original packaging unused. To exchange an item for another style, the item must be first returned and refunded, and then a new purchase must be made. Once the item is received, we will check it is in good condition. We cannot accept the return of items which are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging. Shipping charges for products to be return are borne by the customer and under no circumstances will msAnna accept goods, which are returned pay-on-delivery.
